Tuesday: School stuff

We had a field trip in class today. We students walked down King Street to the second largest Granite building in the world – Marischal College. I picked up some new people from the Institute and saw Ian there. He left us to find our way to the College and the hidden entrance. This fact really bothered me as none of us knew where we were going and he couldn’t be bothered to take us. The meeting was okay, but I had a lot of fun with the girls, Chris and Michael.

As we were on the way to Marischal, I met with Katie who handed me some homespun wool she made to show to Carleigh. Carleigh is a knitter and I was hoping to get her to buy some of Katie’s wool as she’s selling it to raise money for ChildReach.

Later on, I went back to the Uni for a lecture given by Chris; it was really well done and more than a little entertaining. I have plans on having Chris showing me how he added certain things to PowerPoint.

After the lecture, a good number of Elphinstone Institute students went to Bobbin for a drink. We were there from 10 to 12:30.

Also, in rather personally distressing news, I seem to be coming down with a cold. Bollocks.
